Location

We are located in Lower East Side of Manhattan
The eclectic Lower East Side is where gritty alleys and tenement-style buildings mix with upscale apartments and chic boutiques. Nighttime draws hip, young crowds to the area's trendy bars, music venues and restaurants. The neighborhood's Jewish heritage lives on through Orchard Street's Lower East Side Tenement Museum and old-world fabric stores, as well as traditional delis such as Katz's and Russ & Daughters

Below I have list 3 different options to travel from JFK to my place

1. Lyft/Uber: Best and easiest way to travel

Travel time: 35 mins

Fare: 45-60 USD

2. Super Shuttle shared van system.

Travel time: 1.5H

Fare: 33 for one passenger, 46 for two passengers (check website for exactly number: https://www.supershuttle.com/)

The Super Shuttle(reserve online) is shared ride service can do the job as well, It does take care of your luggage, you don’t need to drag them like in subway, but it will probably take at lease the same time as the public transportation system(sometimes even more) since it’s a shared van system, they need to drop each passenger off at different location. You can arrange Super Shuttle from their website.

3. Subway: the most affordable way

Time: 1.5H

Fare: 5+2.75= 7.75 USD per person

Here is how you take the subway:

a: At JFK, Take the Airtrain to Jamaica Howard Beach Station, from there transfer to A train(the in wood bound);

b: Take the A train to Jay St-MetroTech Station.

c: At Jay St-MetroTech Station, transfer to F train(the manhattan bound). Get off at East Broadway station. Then walk to the building. Follow the instruction picture to get keys to access the apartment.
